On the 30th of November 2012, the Government of Mexico adopted the Regulation of the Law for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders and Journalists. The Regulation establishes the functioning, organisation and tasks included in the implementation of the Law for the Protection of Human Rights Defenders and Journalists and of the Mechanism of Protection for Defenders of Human Rights and Journalists included in the law.
